Service Description

The following is a list of typical cleaning tasks that may be included in a move-out clean: 1. Removing all trash and debris from the property. 2. Dusting all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, light fixtures, and baseboards. 3. Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including scrubbing the toilet, sink, shower, and tub. 4. Cleaning kitchen appliances, including inside the oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. 5. Wiping down cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes. 6. Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and other high-touch areas. 7. Vacuuming and mopping floors. 8. Cleaning windows, including frames, sills, and screens. 9. Cleaning blinds and window treatments. 10. Cleaning accessible air vents. 11. Removing cobwebs and dust from all corners of the room. 12. Cleaning the inside and outside of cabinets and closets. 13. Removing hard water stains and soap scum from shower doors and fixtures. 14. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within this time frame, you may not be charged any cancellation fees or penalties. However, if you fail to cancel within the required time frame, you may be charged a fee or penalty of $50 for the missed appointment.
